OurCloset – Rent A Rack
Please read carefully before accepting.
Rack Rental Fees
● 1 week: €99
● 2 weeks: €159
● 3 weeks: €199
● 4 weeks +: €60 per week
Rack rental fees are non-refundable.
This pricing is only applicable at time of booking. Extension requests made during the rental
period are subject to the same pricing structure (an extension of 1 week extra beyond the
original time booked will be charged at €99, 2 weeks €159, 3 weeks €199).
Terms & Conditions
● We have taken reasonable measures to deter theft but do not take responsibility for stolen or damaged items. In
case of suspected theft, our store will be checked and all theft cases will be reported to
the police.
● We are not liable for damage caused by fire, water, burglary, vandalism, or anything
beyond our control.
● No stolen, counterfeit, dirty, or explicit items may be sold. If such items are found, they
will be removed and we will request your collection.
Rack Details
● Rack capacity is limited to 35-40 hanging items + 2 pairs of shoes + 3 accessories (such
as handbags and jewelry).
● Extra items can be added during your rental period as they sell. We do not offer storage
for additional items, they must be brought to the store when you want to add more to the
rack.
● All items must be clean and fault-checked. Any faulty or unfit items will be removed and
held for collection at the end of your rental.
● We do not offer storage for containers used to bring items to the store, such as
suitcases.
Labeling & Inventory
● Use Circle Hand to price items. You must upload and price all items before dropping
them off at the store. We are happy to offer pricing guidance but we are not able to
upload the items in the system for you.
● Item descriptions must be clear and contain the brand, garment type, and size (where
possible).

● Barcodes must be securely attached upon arrival.
In-Store Guidelines
● Hangers are provided, please leave them behind after your rental.
● For fire safety, no items may be placed in front of your rack.
● You give permission for us to promote your items on social media and in-store.
● OurCloset may move items around to harmonize the store, if you do not wish to do this
please let us know, however our team will tidy and return try-ons to your rack before your
pick up.
End of Rental
● Please arrive 30 minutes before closing to pack up your rack.
● If you need us to do this, we charge €20 per 24-hour storage, up to 5 days.
● After 5 days with no contact, we reserve the right to donate any unsold items. Please
specify if you’d like items donated at the end of your rental.
● Items may be moved within the store. Misplaced items will be held for 2 weeks and then
become property of OurCloset if not claimed.
Payouts
● All items sold will be paid out minus 25% commission.
● Payouts are processed within 7 business days after your rental ends.
● By paying for your rental, you agree to these terms.
Refunds / Exchanges
● No refunds or exchanges. All items belong to individual rack holders and are preloved or
vintage, and may have been altered. Please inspect carefully before purchasing.
